The restaurant section will play an important role within the resort, as numerous events are planned at the location, such as weddings, private celebrations, team buildings, business events, culinary evenings, as well as themed and music evenings, ensuring regular occupancy throughout the year.

ZEN Resort will include 9 luxury rooms, 6 glamping houses, a wellness center, a wine cellar, as well as a bar and restaurant. It is a comprehensive tourist concept that, besides accommodation, will also offer top-quality cuisine, relaxation, and experiences, attracting a wide range of guests.

The rent for the restaurant premises amounts to 1,500 EUR per month. For the first year of operation, the investors are willing to adjust the rental price.
