The project includes the floor plan layout of the rooms, the placement of the building on the parcel, and all necessary documentation for the start of construction.

By agreement with the owner, it is possible to arrange the construction to the »turnkey« phase, which means the buyer can take over a fully finished building without additional organizing of construction or designing. The price is determined individually, depending on the scope of work and agreed execution phases.

The land is located just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Umag and the Adriatic Sea coast, near main traffic connections. The location is quiet and green, suitable for both living and tourist use. Due to the arranged legal documentation, building permit, already prepared project, and the possibility of immediate construction, this is a property with high investment potential.
