The landlord’s condition for concluding the contract: the tenant must reimburse the landlord upon signing the lease agreement for part of the costs of the following services: preparation of the lease agreement, preparation of the handover protocol (upon taking over the property), execution of the handover upon takeover, notifying the property manager and suppliers about the concluded lease relationship, consulting throughout the entire lease period, preparation of the handover protocol (upon returning the property), execution of the handover at the end of the lease relationship, and storage of photographic material in the agent’s archive.
