On the edge of a quiet and idyllic village in Mali Ilovni Gori near Grosuplje, we are mediating the sale of plots with a total area of 1,280 m2 (according to GURS). The plots along the road in the upper part are mostly flat and gently sloping, while in the lower part the terrain gradually descends by approximately 4 m, which allows for interesting architectural solutions and adaptations (e.g. arranging a viewing terrace, paths, planting fruit trees, arranging a garden).
