On the edge of a quiet and idyllic village in Mala Ilovna Gora near Grosuplje, we are mediating the sale of parcels with a total area of 1,280 m2 (according to GURS). The parcels along the road in the upper part are mostly flat and slightly sloping, while in the lower part the terrain gradually descends by about 4 meters, allowing interesting architectural solutions and adaptations (e.g., arrangement of a viewing terrace, paths, planting of fruit trees, garden arrangement).
