In the very center of Rogaska Slatina, which has harmoniously transformed its 400-year tradition of spa activity into a beautiful modern image, a new multi-apartment building is for sale.

The building consists of four identical consecutive sections (A, B, C and D), which rise in terraces along the terrain above the center of Rogaska Slatina.

The building design is a low-rise four-part structure that follows the characteristics of the terrain, which means that the parts of the building are evenly offset in height in a grid that follows the slope of the ascent. The grid is aligned with a half-storey offset.

Each building contains two residential units, except for the highest building, which contains one apartment (7 units in total). Access to the apartments is planned via external corridors, reached by external stairs and an elevator. The gross floor area of the building is 657.10 m2, and the land area is 1,466 m2.

The living, dining and sleeping areas are planned to have parquet flooring, while the bathrooms and entrance vestibules are planned to have ceramic floor tiles and a floor level 1.5 cm lower than the level of the living areas. The bathroom is planned to have ceramic tiles on the floor and walls. The bathroom is also planned to include a shower with a glass wall and channel drain, as well as other sanitary equipment with fittings in the upper-middle price range. Part of the building, i.e. the units, is already in the finalization phase, therefore PARTIAL PURCHASE IS ALSO POSSIBLE, or BY AGREEMENT REGARDING FINALIZATION.

Each unit can be accessed from a shared driveway, from which external stairs lead to all external corridors, where the apartment entrances are located.

Heating will be provided by city gas, managed separately for each unit, through underfloor heating. Each unit also has its own electricity meter/connection (new transformer station) and water connection. Any finalization of the building is also possible by agreement.

The price of the entire building in its current stage of construction, including partial finalization of the units, the external staircase and facade, and landscaping of the surroundings, is 1,200,000.00 EUR + VAT.
