Biograd na Moru is a popular Dalmatian coastal town, known for its well-kept beaches, marinas, seaside promenade, and diverse hospitality offer. Due to its good transport connections and developed infrastructure, the town is suitable both for everyday living and for spending longer periods by the sea.

The apartment is suitable for permanent residence, and it also represents an interesting option for tenants who would like to use it as a holiday or vacation apartment by the sea.
